Aiducate LLC (“Aiducate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI education, training, and consulting services through our website at https://aiducate.xyz (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect

- Content you submit — training and consulting requests, messages, profile details, and any files or documents you upload through the Service.
- Usage and device data — basic technical information such as log data, browser type, and interactions with the Service, used to operate and secure the platform.
- Cookies — we use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and our training and consulting offerings.
- To respond to your requests, messages, bookings, and support inquiries.
- To send transactional communications (for example, account, request-status, and scheduling emails).
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.
LinkedIn integration
When an authorized Aiducate administrator connects our LinkedIn Company Page, we use LinkedIn’s official APIs solely to manage and measure our own organization’s presence — to publish posts and comments that our team has reviewed, and to read our own Page’s engagement and follower analytics. Access tokens are obtained through LinkedIn’s OAuth flow with the consent of a verified Page administrator, are stored securely on our servers, are never shared with third parties, and are used only for these purposes. This integration does not access the personal LinkedIn data of our website visitors or customers.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Service, under agreements that limit their use of the data, including: hosting and infrastructure, database hosting, object storage for uploaded files, and email delivery. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Aiducate, our users, or the public.
Data retention & security
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights & choices
You may access, correct, or update your account information from your profile, or request that we delete your account and associated data. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to access, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
